QUESTION: What's the best and/or worst part of your job?
ANSWER: The best part is knowing that everything we do can change a person's life. While no amount of money can bring someone back, we can do so much to keep them here. The worst part of my job is the fear I am not doing enough fast enough to help those who need it.
